BUFFALO's 5^th-round choice (97^th overall) in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.
Won the 1998-99 King Clancy Award and the Seymour H. Knox III & Northrup R. Knox Award, both for community service. Has twice led the NHL in penalty minutes. Scored game-winning goal of Game 4 during playoff series with Toronto in 1999. Scored a goal on his first NHL shot on Oct. 21, 1989, and added an assist in game against Pittsburgh.
